Handelsbanken is the largest bank in Europe and has over the past few years been creating branches here in the UK, It no has 100 branches in the UK, including two in Manchester and one in Wigan as well as Warrington, serving both corporate and individual customers.

Handelsbanken bank prides itself on providing traditional high street banking services where its branch managers have the autonomy to make decisions on matters such as lending and hiring. They are not set targets and the bank does not pay bonuses.
